absolutely terrible experience. the hotel looks pretty tired and rundown, and don’t get me started on the overcharged meal—I almost thought it was a joke. considering my status, a welcome gesture woudl ve been nice, but clearly, I wasn’t special enough for that. I almost thought to leave a good review, but just couldn’t.

At Costa Del Mar, I enjoyed a charming stay just steps from a small private beach. The ambiance reflected authentic Mexican vibes, perfect for my getaway. A few quirks like hard beds and minor plumbing issues arose, but the shrimp cocktail from the restaurant was delightful!

Had an amazing time with friends! We enjoyed the beach, great food, and easy access to a dive shop nearby. The security was on point, and we loved the pool too. Definitely check out the local clubs for a fun night out, just be prepared for some noise.
One downside was that it could get pretty loud at night because of local clubs, which might disturb some while trying to sleep.

good location but noisy nights
The location was conveniently close to a bus stop which made travel easy. The double room was clean and offered a nice sea view from the window enhancing my stay. Swimming in the ocean right off the small private beach was a unique experience even if it was a bit rocky. The garden view was lush and provided a nice atmosphere when stepping outside.
The nightlife in the area was quite loud making it hard to sleep at times.

missingWrote a review on Feb 22loud music
The overall wear and tear of the hotel is evident, making the place feel a bit run down. One notable inconvenience is the loud music from nearby clubs that can disrupt sleep, particularly for those on the top level where sound carries. Additionally, the small pool isn’t really a draw, especially with the beach right there, and the showers lacked hot water until late in the day, which could be frustrating for guests wanting an afternoon rinse.
